Content systems built for categories buyers don't understand yet.

Four engagements: client platforms, a channel product, and our own methodology, each carried from positioning through the assets that actually close deals.

QryptoCyber
Cybersecurity • Post Quantum Cryptography

QryptoCyber builds the platform enterprises use to inventory and remediate cryptographic risk ahead of the quantum threat. JunoLabs built the content engine that explains why that matters, and makes the case to buy.

The brief: Post quantum cryptography is a hard sell. It's deeply technical, still abstract to most buyers, and racing against government mandates most security teams haven't fully absorbed. JunoLabs built a full library of content to carry QryptoCyber's buyers from "what is this?" to "let's talk," spanning long form technical education, buyer readiness guides, and the collateral their sales team carries into the room.

Cybersecurity • Incident Readiness Training

ChaosTrack replaces the once-a-year compliance tabletop with realistic, repeatable incident simulations that train teams under real pressure. JunoLabs built the story, the language, and the assets that turned that idea into a sellable category.

The brief: "Incident readiness" is easy to nod along to and hard to sell. Every prospect already believes they have a plan. JunoLabs built ChaosTrack's core positioning from the ground up, then carried that single narrative, "you respond the way you train," through every format its GTM team needed to open, advance, and close a deal.

03 • Channel & Partner Product

Cybersecurity • Automated Risk Assessment, MSP & Reseller Channel

Every regulated business owes a yearly cyber risk assessment. Almost none of them know it. Risk Foundry turns that gap into a one hour, self serve assessment, and a channel product MSPs and resellers can put their own name on.

The brief: The hard part wasn't the product. It was the pitch. JunoLabs had to sell a channel partner on reselling something they didn't build, wrapped in a compliance topic (NIST, CMMC, SEC, HIPAA, GLBA) their own customers weren't asking about yet. The result: a partner facing pitch that reframes an ignored requirement as an upsell, and a branded web experience simple enough to hand a customer with zero explanation.

04 • Strategic Partner

Strategic Partner • Commercial Operating System

Every client asks for "GTM." Almost none of them have the operating system underneath it. Revenue Engine is a Commercial Operating System built for B2B cybersecurity and technology companies, and JunoLabs is its execution partner: the studio that turns the framework into the narrative and the assets that teach it.

The idea: GTM isn't a marketing function. It's what happens after Business Strategy, Product Strategy, and Revenue Strategy agree on reality. JunoLabs wrote the case for it: a flagship position paper, a long form manuscript, and the visual system used to teach it in a single whiteboard sketch.

One Hour Risk Assessment
Cybersecurity • Self-Serve Compliance Assessment

A yearly compliance requirement nobody wants to sit through, reframed as a fifty-nine minute commitment. JunoLabs built the site and message that gets a skeptical visitor to actually finish it, alone, with no sales call.

The brief: Self-serve only works if a stranger trusts the page enough to start without talking to anyone first. The site had to carry that trust entirely on its own: the "59 minutes" framing to lower the perceived cost of starting, and the compliance framework marks (NIST, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA) placed high enough on the page to answer the credibility question before a visitor has to ask it.

Approach

Precision at every stage.

No recycled playbooks. Every engagement follows a rigorous path from buyer insight to a narrative system your team can deploy across channels.

01

Decode the buying reality

Before we write, we uncover the category pressures, buyer objections, internal dynamics and language shaping the decision.

02

Build the message that holds

We create one defensible narrative. Clear enough to lead, flexible enough to work across every format and audience.

03

Turn strategy into a system

eBooks, buyer guides, sales decks and campaign content work together as one connected journey, not a collection of isolated assets.

04

Put it to work

Everything arrives ready for marketing, sales and leadership to use. Clear, practical and built to move decisions forward.
