These Terms of Use govern your use of getjunolabs.com and any free resources or digital products we offer through it. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

getjunolabs.com is operated by Juno Labs Consultancy (SSM registration no. 202503320480), a sole proprietorship registered in Malaysia and trading as JunoLabs Marketing ("JunoLabs", "we", "us"), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Contact: hello@getjunolabs.com.

2. Client services

Information about our services, packages and prices on this site is for general guidance and does not form an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work or agreement signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

3. Using the site

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its server or any password-protected area
• Copy, scrape or republish site content at scale, including to train AI models, without our written permission
• Introduce malware or interfere with the site's operation

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, frameworks, graphics, the JunoLabs name and logo, and downloadable resources, belongs to JunoLabs or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may view and share links to our pages, and quote brief extracts with attribution. Any other use requires our written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the site belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or a current client relationship.

5. Digital products and free resources

• When you buy or download a guide, template or tool from us, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for yourself or within your own organization.
• You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or repackage it, in whole or in part.
• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise.
• Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. If a file is faulty or you can't access it, email us within 14 days and we'll fix it, replace it or refund you.

6. No professional advice

Articles, frameworks, worksheets and other resources on this site are general information to help you think about marketing and positioning. They are not legal, financial or tailored professional advice, and results depend on how you apply them.

7. Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". We don't guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change or remove content at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JunoLabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising from your use of the site or its resources. For any digital product, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site links to and uses third-party services such as Cal.com and LinkedIn. We aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices, and their own terms apply.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
